Okay, I’ve tried to listen to and enjoy Brand New for the umpteenth time now, and I just can’t see how anyone can willingly submit their ears to that kind of torture. The lyrics are good, I’ll give them that. They appeal to a lot of feelings we as young people have. But the music, the crying that’s passed off as singing, I just.. I don’t get it. They’re terrible. They are possibly the worst band I’ve ever had the displeasure of listening to.

Drew says the EXACT same thing. I just don’t understand. Jesse Lacey has the voice of an angel.
